It is Dr Tiong personal experience that minimally invasive treatment with Curretage with special instrument is an very effective treatment. This is a day procedure, walk in and walk out with minimal down time. You should be able to return to do clarical work or light duty in the next 24 hours.
It is important that you should not do heavy lifting in the next 5-10 days by taking things easy.
