I had been insecure about my breast size for as long as I can remember. It caused a lot of problems in my relationships where I was increasingly insecure convincing myself that my partner was looking at every person that walked past with big boobs.Since having the surgery I am so much happier, the difference in me is amazing. My self confidence since having the treatment has increased dramatically. Prior to having the surgery I had started to train hard to compete for my first year in figure competition, a dream I had since I was 16.
Dr Tiong was very thorough with sizing, I think the fear for anyone who is having the surgery worries they will come out too small. He explained the size and why he was choosing it. I am so glad I trusted his judgement on that as I had heard so many stories of figure athletes being advised to go too big and never competing again due to complications. Mine suit me and look very natural and I have had no complications at all and was back into my training.
After my surgery I was told what to expect and Dr Tiong was very informative in regards to me getting back into my training and I followed his guidance right up until I could get back into all exercises.
He made it stress free and not at all daunting. Since having the surgery I have had the most successful year of my life to date growing in so many ways made easier by my new confidence and Dr Tiong has become one of my greatest motivators. To anybody thinking about having the surgery, make that first step and you will never have regrets.
